With eight years of experience within the apprenticeship industry, specifically in marketing courses, Mitch knows his onions when it comes to coaching, internal verification, and curriculum. He co-founded The Marketing Trainer to build an organisation with quality at its core.
Andrew Smithson
Head of Business Development
Andy has over 8 years of experience in Business Development and training. Previously an apprentice himself, he identified several major shortcomings when it came to the support and delivery of apprenticeships. It’s for this reason he was keen to join The Marketing Trainer as he aligned with our mission of ensuring quality and strong principles when it comes to training and development.
Emma Campbell
Coach
With four years of experience in further and higher education as a marketing trainer, coach, and lecturer, Emma plays a key role in guiding apprentices through their learning journey. As the coach at The Marketing Trainer, she is dedicated to supporting learners in their development and helping them achieve their full potential.
Kelsey Pilkington
Trainer
With seven years of experience in marketing, leading her to specialise in social, Kelsey brings industry expertise to her role as a trainer. Having completed her own apprenticeships at Levels 3–6, she understands firsthand the journey apprentices take and is passionate about guiding them through the process. She equips them with the knowledge, confidence, and perspective to become the impactful marketers they aspire to be.
