The Basics:

Job Opportunity: Apprentice Resourcer

Location: Remote (Travel to the office may be required up to once a month)

Reporting to: Director

Salary: £25,000 + commission

Role Summary:

As an Apprentice Resourcer, your primary duties will include identifying, interviewing, and sourcing quality candidates and aligning them with our Client’s opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and stay informed about employer vacancies related to our apprenticeships.
  • Attend client calls with our Sales Director to ascertain client recruitment requirements.
  • Identify, attract, and assess candidates for vacancies, ensuring they meet the needs of employers and fit the role/apprenticeship requirements.
  • Facilitate the transition of potential learners into apprenticeship roles.
  • Efficiently screen candidates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Provide impartial, high-quality information, advice, and guidance to applicants, ensuring they are matched with the most suitable programme.
  • Engage and motivate candidates through regular communication.
  • Ensure all required documentation, processes, and systems are completed accurately and to a high standard.
  • From time to time, attend events on behalf of The Marketing Trainer to promote our opportunities.
  • When able, assist the Sales Director with business development tasks.
  • Effectively present The Marketing Trainer’s services in both public and online settings.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as directed by your line manager or a Director.
  • Adhere to all of our policies, procedures, legal responsibilities, and Cyber Essentials requirements.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Required:

  • A passion for building and maintaining relationships with employers, stakeholders, and learners.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in general IT tasks (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to embody and communicate our values across diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing legislation, multi-task, and utilise various systems as needed.
  • A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle are advantageous due to the nature of this role.
  • Subject to passing an enhanced DBS check.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in recruitment or the apprenticeship sector.
