We’re proud to share that The Marketing Trainer has received its latest Ofsted inspection report, with our apprenticeship provision recognised as Strong standard for both Achievement and Curriculum and teaching. Safeguarding standards were also met.
The report highlighted that apprentices “make excellent progress from their starting points” and develop “a broad range of cutting-edge marketing skills, which make them excellent marketers.” It also recognised the strong technical ability and professionalism shown by our apprentices in the workplace.
For a specialist apprenticeship provider built from the ground up by three founders, this result means a great deal. Building an apprenticeship provision from scratch has been a grind, but this report reflects the standards, care and ambition that have gone into The Marketing Trainer since day one.
Ashleigh Gorton, Director at The Marketing Trainer, said:
“We’re incredibly proud of this result. It reflects the hard work of our team, apprentices and employers, but we’re not treating it as the finish line. We want to keep improving and continue building one of the leading specialist marketing apprenticeship providers in the country.”
Mitchell Goodall, Director at The Marketing Trainer, added:
“This outcome shows that niche, specialist apprenticeship training can deliver real quality. We’ve bootstrapped this provision from the start, so to see Ofsted recognise the strength of our curriculum, teaching and apprentice achievement is a big moment. The work isn’t done, though. Our goal is to become the market leader for practical, high-quality marketing apprenticeships.”
