About the Company
Our client is a growing luxury fashion retailer specialising in high-end designer clothing. With a strong focus on premium brands and curated collections, the business has built a reputation for quality, exclusivity, and style.
Operating within a fast-paced e-commerce and retail environment, the company is heavily focused on digital growth, using social media, paid advertising, and content-led marketing to drive awareness and sales. This is a hands-on business where everyone gets involved, making it an ideal environment for someone looking to properly learn how a modern fashion brand operates behind the scenes.
About the Role
This is not a “sit back and post on Instagram” type role.
You’ll be right in the middle of the business, supporting day-to-day operations while developing real, practical marketing skills across multiple channels. Expect a strong focus on digital marketing, content creation, and performance tracking, alongside general business support.
You’ll be learning how marketing actually works in a commercial environment — what drives traffic, what converts, and what doesn’t.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day management of social media channels, including content creation and posting
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including building, scheduling, and analysing performance
- Creating engaging content for social platforms, including product-focused and brand-led content
- Supporting website updates, product uploads, and general e-commerce activity
- Assisting with SEO tasks to improve website visibility
- Supporting paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms
- Collecting and analysing marketing data (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Conducting competitor and market research
- Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks across the business as required
This is a role where you’ll build real capability, not just tick boxes.
What They’re Looking For
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Educated to A-level standard
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above
- A genuine interest in marketing and how businesses grow
- Strong interest in luxury fashion and current trends
- An interest in content creation, particularly for social media
- Willingness to get stuck in and support across different areas of the business
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
