About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and organised Marketing Apprentice to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while supporting the day-to-day running of a busy aesthetics clinic.

This varied role combines marketing, social media, content creation, and clinic administration, giving you the chance to develop a wide range of valuable skills. You’ll receive full training and support as you learn how to create engaging content, assist with marketing campaigns, maintain our online presence, and provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the clinic.

You’ll also have the opportunity to attend business events, training days, content shoots, and industry exhibitions, helping you gain real-world experience and broaden your knowledge of the aesthetics industry.

As you progress through your apprenticeship, you’ll be given increasing responsibility and the opportunity to develop your skills across both marketing and business operations. For the right person, this role offers excellent career progression, with the potential to secure a permanent full-time position and continue growing within the business upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns to promote clinic treatments, training courses, events, and services.
  • Create engaging social media content, including Reels, short-form videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Record and edit content during clinic days, treatments, training sessions, and events.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, new content ideas, and industry developments.
  • Help plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Write engaging captions and support the growth of the brand’s online presence.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and client engagement activity.
  • Monitor campaign performance and social media activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Client Marketing & Communications

  • Support client retention, reactivation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Promote treatments, offers, events, courses, and new services through marketing channels.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, telephone, social media, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate client databases, marketing lists, and campaign records.
  • Support the delivery of a consistent and professional client experience.

Clinic Coordination & Administration

  • Welcome clients and provide a friendly, professional front-of-house experience.
  • Manage appointments, enquiries, bookings, cancellations, and client communications.
  • Support the smooth running of the clinic, including diary management and client flow.
  • Support stock checks, product orders, and general clinic organisation.
  • Maintain accurate client records, paperwork, and administrative documents.
  • Assist with general operational tasks to support the team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • C (4) and above in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
  • A genuine interest in marketing, social media, content creation, and the aesthetics industry.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in creating engaging content for social media.
  • Confident using social media platforms and interested in keeping up with current trends.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Reliable, professional, and confident when communicating with clients
  • Able to work as part of a team while also taking initiative and completing tasks independently.
  • Good general IT skills and confidence using computers.

 

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
  • Experience creating content, photography, video editing, or using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
  • Interest in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, healthcare, or digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

 

 

The apprenticeship

This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:

  • Campaign management;
  • Content creation;
  • Social Media marketing;
  • Digital and traditional communications;
  • Brand management;
  • Communication skills;
  • Project Management;
  • And much, much more.

All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you’re finished on the apprenticeship you’ll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
