About Us
We’re The Marketing Trainer — a CIM-accredited apprenticeship provider specialising in marketing and market research programmes. We help employers across the UK find, train, and develop the next generation of marketing talent.
We’re growing quickly and are now looking for a Recruitment and Enrolment Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end journey for new apprentices — from identifying and engaging candidates to completing their enrolment and supporting their progress through to EPA.
Your core focus will be on resourcing high-quality candidates and coordinating sign-ups whilst maintaining compliance across learner records and documentation. Alongside this, you’ll provide general operational support to keep processes running smoothly and assist with EPA administration when learners approach completion.
The role is varied and will flex depending on priorities — some weeks you’ll be focused on candidate shortlisting and interviews, others on compliance checks or data management. There’s also the option to take on additional business development activity — earning commission for every employer you bring on and successfully fill. It’s not target-driven, just a chance to earn extra if you enjoy the sales side.
What You’ll Be Doing
Core Duties
- Resourcing and candidate support — manage apprenticeship recruitment campaigns, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and ongoing communication with applicants.
- Apprenticeship enrolments — organise and complete learner sign-ups through our systems, ensuring all documentation, eligibility, and compliance checks are accurate and completed on time.
- EPA and compliance coordination — support coaches and employers with End-Point Assessment processes, ensuring learner progress, records, and evidence are fully aligned with compliance requirements.
- Data management — maintain accurate learner and employer information within internal systems, ensuring data integrity across recruitment and delivery stages.
Subsidiary Duties
- Operational and administrative support — assist with reporting, data entry, and wider business operations when required.
- Project flexibility — provide support on ad-hoc recruitment or administrative projects in response to business needs.
- (Optional) Business development activity — identify and engage new employers or apprenticeship opportunities, earning commission for successful placements (not target-driven).
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using systems and managing data.
- A proactive, adaptable approach — you’re happy to jump between recruitment, admin, and coordination tasks.
- Attention to detail and a drive to get things right the first time.
- Experience in recruitment, training administration, or apprenticeships preferred (but not essential).
Why Join Us?
- Competitive salary with commission opportunities.
- Remote working.
- Be part of a growing, forward-thinking apprenticeship provider.
- Real variety and autonomy — no micromanagement, no two days the same.
- Genuine progression opportunities as the business expands
