Are you looking to grow your marketing team, alleviate time & work pressure, or spend your levy?
What is the apprenticeship levy?
The apprenticeship levy is a government programme requiring employers with payrolls of £3 million and over to invest 0.5% in apprenticeship training. Funds go into a digital account for approved programmes. If not used within a set time (24 months), they expire. This encourages businesses to develop their workforce and customise training.
Why apprenticeships suit large organisations
Apprenticeships give levy-paying employers a way to maximise their investment in workforce development. The levy helps businesses develop a skilled, loyal workforce tailored to their needs, addressing skill gaps and boosting productivity and innovation. This cost-effective model aligns employee development with organisational goals and supports long-term business sustainability.
