Our client, a specialist in bridal wear with several locations across the north of England, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion to join our team. You’ll be joining as a Marketing Apprentice on the Multi-Channel Marketer level 3 apprenticeships. As a marketing apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department in various tasks and projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion marketing and who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that this is an office-based role in either Wakefield or Hessle, depending on your location.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in Digital Marketing – Assist with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Tiktok)
• General Marketing support to the business- editing content, creating digital infographics, developing branding projects.
• Conduct Market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
• Provide initiative in marketing meetings with the opportunity to pitch ideas to the Marketing Manager.
• Branding support- becoming an expert in their product lines and the sister brands.
• Photoshoot and content creation – Marketing Manager on working behind the scenes;
• Opportunity to work on the company website and in email marketing.

The Candidate Will Need

• Right to live and work in the UK;
• Ideally, be educated to A-level standard;
• To be passionate about social media and content creation, with an understanding of audience engagements and an eye for trends – being Instagram-obsessed is a bonus!;
• To be a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills;
• To be a creative and innovative thinker, with an appreciation of engaging visuals and content;
• To be Self-motivated, organised, proactive and willing to learn;
• GCSEs in English and maths at grade C/4 and above.

The Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

The Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship covers a wide range of marketing topics over its 15-month duration, including:

• Campaign management;
• Content creation;
• Social Media marketing;
• Digital and traditional communications;
• Brand management;
• Communication skills;
• Project Management;
• And much, much more.

Overall, it’s the Swiss army knife of marketing apprenticeships. But, to sweeten the deal even more, we also enrol our apprentices on a Foundation certificate with the CIM. So, once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll have two qualifications, not just one like most other training providers.
