This remote role (with monthly London meetings) offers a £24K salary, hands-on marketing experience, and a funded Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship plus a CIM Foundation Certificate. The Basics

Title: Digital Marketing Apprentice

Location: Remote (must be within 1 hour of London for monthly meetings)

Salary: £24,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9am–5:30pm, flexible) Monday – Friday

Contract: Permanent

Apprenticeship: Multi-Channel Marketer level 3

Qualifications: Full level 3 CIM Foundation Certificate worth £1,000+

About the Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll play an active part in delivering high-quality digital marketing activity and supporting online events. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Partnerships, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging content for email campaigns, social media, and the website.
  • Using design software to produce on-brand visuals and social media cards.
  • Editing video clips for use across digital channels.
  • Setting up and administering Zoom for online events.
  • Producing branded PowerPoint presentations for events.
  • Updating the website with fresh content.
  • Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed.

The role is mostly remote, but you’ll need to travel into central London once a month for team meetings and events.

Benefits: 20 days holiday + £500 bring your own device allowance

Start date: By 10th November 2025 (or 8th December at the latest)

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a proactive and flexible approach, who can balance creativity with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will:

  • Must have achieved 4/C and above in English and maths GCSE.
  • Educated to A-level standard or higher.
  • Have strong organisational skills and accuracy in their work.
  • Be confident using MS Office 365.
  • Bring creativity and energy to a collaborative team.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ideally, have some experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Be professional, polite, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders.

 

The Apprenticeship

This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:

  • Campaign management;
  • Content creation;
  • Social Media marketing;
  • Digital and traditional communications;
  • Brand management;
  • Communication skills;
  • Project Management;
  • And much, much more.

All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you’re finished on the apprenticeship you’ll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
