Perks include:

  • Assist with rolling out campaigns across social media, email, and website.
  • Keep up with trends, sounds, and cultural moments to spot opportunities for the brand.

  • Maintain content calendars to ensure campaigns are well planned and delivered on time.
  • Contribute to social performance reports, focusing on engagement, reach, and growth insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram—what works, what doesn’t, and how to stand out.
  • Experience editing short-form video content (TikTok/Reels).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Confident, fun, and authentic copywriting for captions.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment.
  • A genuine interest in culture, trends, and making shareable content.
  • A passion for inclusive brands and online communities.

About You

  • Ideally educated to A-level standard in synergistic subjects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have existing video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram content creation.
