Working Arrangement: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, Office-based, Flexi-time on Friday’s once you’ve passed probation.

Qualifications: Level 3 CIM Foundation Certificate

Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer and wholesaler of high-quality e-liquids and vaping hardware. Operating from an ISO-accredited production facility in Lancashire, they develop and distribute their own brands, offer OEM manufacturing services, and sell through a combination of trade platforms and a national retail chain.
Role Overview
Our client is looking to support the growth of their internal marketing function by welcoming a motivated and curious Marketing Apprentice into the team. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced and innovative business, working alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing channels and tasks.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and make a meaningful contribution while working towards a Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship qualification with The Marketing Trainer.
Key Responsibilities (with support and training):
- Assist the Head of Marketing and wider team with day-to-day tasks and project support
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of UK and international exhibitions
- Support content creation activities, including drafting and proofreading copy for various campaigns
- Help gather and summarise market research to inform marketing strategies
- Assist in the development of sales and promotional materials for the commercial team
- Contribute to planning and scheduling advertising activity across digital and print media
- Provide support in the creation, ordering, and stock tracking of branded merchandise and POS materials
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent) and achieved at least a grade 4/C in GCSE English and maths
- Interest in marketing, branding, and digital communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Teams
- Willing to take initiative, ask questions, and work collaboratively
- Enthusiastic, organised, and open to feedback and learning
- Any previous experience (e.g. coursework, part-time work, or personal projects) involving marketing, design, or communication is a bonus but not essential

The Apprenticeship
This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:
- Campaign management;
- Content creation;
- Social Media marketing;
- Digital and traditional communications;
- Brand management;
- Communication skills;
- Project Management;
- And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you’re finished on the apprenticeship you’ll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
