You will play an important role in supporting the member engagement activities and brand awareness through marketing campaigns, social media and working across the board in everything from communications to design.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting the email communications team in the creation and deployment of regional and area-specific email marketing campaigns.

Contributing fresh ideas to enhance engagement across email communications.

Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on email campaign performance, and recommending improvements.

Attending events nationwide to gather content for use on social media platforms and the website.

Supporting the social media team with daily posts, content editing, idea generation, proofreading, and managing inbox queries.

Getting involved with other marketing activities within the business.

• Someone who has achieved C/4 and above in GCSE English and maths.
• Preferably educated to degree level, though this is not mandatory.
• Someone who is outgoing and confident with an eagerness to learn.
• A creative thinker who wants to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Strong English written skills.
• Organised, reliable, and ready to take initiative.
• Willing to learn about email marketing and social media strategy.

About the Apprenticeship

This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:

• Campaign management;
• Content creation;
• Social Media marketing;
• Digital and traditional communications;
• Brand management;
• Communication skills;
• Project Management;
• And much, much more.

All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you’re finished on the apprenticeship you’ll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
