Job Description

Our client is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join their small but ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the world of marketing — especially if you’re confident on camera, enjoy creating content, and want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within a creative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping to grow and engage the brand’s online audience
  • Keeping an eye on social media trends to help increase visibility
  • Hosting and supporting TikTok Lives to promote new products
  • Creating engaging social posts and short-form video content
  • Assisting in planning and running promotional events
  • Supporting the team in monitoring the success of campaigns and suggesting ideas for improvement

What They’re Looking For:

  • Someone confident in front of the camera and happy to be the face of the brand on platforms like TikTok
  • A creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with content ideas
  • Basic experience in creating or editing short videos (even if it’s just for personal or school projects)
  • Organised, reliable, and ready to take initiative
  • Willing to learn about email marketing, social media strategy, and digital campaigns
  • Someone that has achieved C/4 in English and maths at GCSE
  • Educated to A-level in complimentary subjects

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their marketing journey who wants to develop real skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. If you’re curious, creative, and up for a challenge — we’d love to hear from you.
