Marketing Trainer vacancy – £35,000

The purpose of the role

The primary role of the Trainer is to teach cohorts of apprentices enrolled on our Multi-channel Marketer apprenticeship. As a Trainer, your KPIs are focused on ensuring your apprentices progress along the curriculum and toward their Gateway and End-Point Assessment preparation.

Working in partnership with the Development Coach(s), you are responsible for contributing towards the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours of the Multi-Channel Marketer standard through scheduled monthly training sessions.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly training sessions for apprentices on the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship;
  • Create an engaging and productive learning environment for all apprentices;
  • Training, supporting and mentoring your apprentices to ensure they have acquired the technical skills and knowledge to achieve the requirements of the standard through remote delivery;
  • Maintain appropriate tracking systems and procedures relating to quality, compliance, management and assessment;
  • Manage the apprentice experience of the virtual classroom, dealing with any classroom management issues, taking registers and reporting absences;
  • Monitoring and reviewing learner welfare regularly, taking any necessary action to limit the number of early leavers from the programme;
  • Supporting the development of our Multi-Channel Marketer curriculum including training materials, activities, tests, etc;
  • Working with the Development Coach(s) to tailor tasks for the apprentices;
  • Naturally embed Safeguarding, Prevent, British Values and EDI into training sessions;
  • Ensure your own skill set is kept up to date and relevant, attending training courses to further your personal development and knowledge, and completing a minimum of 30 hours CPD per annum in line with the apprenticeship standard you deliver;
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.

 

Must haves

  • A minimum of 2 years experience of work in a marketing environment;
  • Hold (or pass) an Enhanced CRB check;
  • Willingness to work towards/hold a CIM and/or CAVA or equivalent qualifications;
  • Have outstanding organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work flexibly, adapt to different environments and solve problems independently;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage diary effectively;
  • Living in and have the right to work within the UK.
