This is a major event for The Marketing Trainer. We’ve been waiting to announce this for a week or two now and the day has finally arrived. We have the pleasure of announcing that The Marketing Trainer has become an Accredited Apprenticeships Provider with CIM! This is the culmination of the continued effort of our team to build a training provider focused on delivering sheer quality of learning, value to our customers, and building brighter futures for everyone involved.
Who are the Chartered Institute of Marketing?
The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is a professional organisation dedicated to advancing marketing knowledge and expertise. It provides training, qualifications, and resources for individuals and businesses in the field of marketing. CIM offers a range of educational programs, including certifications and diplomas, to help marketers develop their skills and stay updated with industry trends. Moreover, CIM fosters a community of marketing professionals, enabling networking and knowledge sharing. By promoting best practices and enhancing marketing competencies, CIM plays a crucial role in elevating the standards of marketing and helping professionals succeed in their careers.
What does this mean?
Ultimately, this means that we’re able to embed CIMs into our apprenticeship programs. So not only will our learners and employers now receive fantastic training against their chosen apprenticeship program, but they’ll also study toward and complete a relevant CIM by the end of their program. It’s a bit more work, but if you want to be the best you need to work hard.
After university degrees, CIM qualifications are the most sought-after by employers.

Where do we go from here?
We’re currently focusing on the recruitment for Multi-Channel Marketer and we’re working with the guys over at CIM to ensure that we’ve built a truly unique and competitive offering for this program. In addition, we’ll be looking at how we incorporate CIMs into our Marketing Executive program before we roll this out in Q1 2024. Overall, things are looking great and we can’t wait to start rolling all of this out to our learners. We have many more plans in the pipeline that we know will make a major difference to people’s lives and businesses, so keep your eyes peeled.
