We’ve got an awesome opportunity based in Chesterfield with our client who sell luxury hot tubs. The role is paying between £16,000 – £20,000pa for the right person.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5

Working arrangement: Office-based

Location: Chesterfield

Apprenticeship: Multi-Channel Marketer level 3

Qualification: Level 3 CIM Foundation Certificate

Our client aims to lead the UK hot tub market. With over 15 years of industry experience, they are a well-established company seeking someone who can help them maintain their momentum and drive further growth.

 

Job overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join their small team at their Head Office in Chesterfield. If successful, your coordination skills will be vital in shaping their digital presence and maintaining smooth operations.

This is a varied role that will make you an integral part of their team. If you are confident with your written and verbal communication skills; are driven and motivated by learning and developing as a professional; as well as having great attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Create engaging content that aligns with our client’s brand and business objectives. This also includes ads on various social channels.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Analyse key metrics and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and growth.

E-commerce:

  • Manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimisation, and consistent brand presentation.
  • Monitor key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion, basket abandonment) and flag opportunities to improve performance.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and quick-win improvements across the online store.
  • Support campaign setup across email, paid, and social — pulling performance data and recommending optimisations.
  • Review on-site journeys regularly, testing changes and reporting on what actually moves the needle.

General Business Activities:

  • Be on hand to assist the team with varying tasks to help the business push forward.
  • Managing e-commerce sales through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction remains high. This includes updating the relevant systems when required.
  • Keeping customer data up to date and accurate on our systems.
  • Working alongside our partner agencies to ensure our existing marketing efforts are maximising ROI.
  • Having the confidence to use and utilise WordPress and WooCommerce is desired but not essential.

The ideal candidate

  • Achieved GCSE maths and English at C/4 and above;
  • Be educated to A-level or higher qualifications in synergistic fields such as Business, English, Journalism, Design, etc;
  • Is looking to start a fruitful career in marketing;
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Is able to use their initiative, eventually work autonomously, and proactively learn and develop as a marketer.

 

The Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship

This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:

  • Campaign management;
  • Content creation;
  • Social Media marketing;
  • Digital and traditional communications;
  • Brand management;
  • Communication skills;
  • Project Management;
  • And much, much more.

All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at extra no cost. This means that once you’re finished on the apprenticeship you’ll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
